After this happened I had realized that they didn’t also replace the chipped plastic keyboard piece which they were supposed to so I went back. They told me it would take 10 min. to swap out so I waited. 45 minutes later I asked what the deal was and found out that nobody even filled out paperwork on it or gave anything to the techs in the back. My shit had been sitting there the whole time. I was reassured ‘oh it’ll just 15 more min.’ …30 min later and WTF was reassured with another ‘oh it’ll just 15 more min.’ This whole scenario was repeated 3 TIMES.
I spent over 2 hours sitting in the apple store web surfing, missed half my night class and pissed off my teacher. I was so angry. She was so angry. We were all very angry.
